“Recently, I had my “routine” maintenance performed by another group and was told both of my units were in good working order. In less than a week my downstairs unit wasn’t cooling. “When my newborn baby and I woke up without heat on this 26 degree morning, I didn’t have time to read reviews and research who to call, and being new to the state, I had no idea.
